You can make meeting and appointments with us by phone or e-mail. When you speaking with us you must explains which area(s) of the house you are interested in discussing. You have to give us your full name, phone number, correct address and good directions. When you get an appointment day you have to answer on the phone all the time. If you don’t answer on our calls we will re-sketch your appointment for same different day. Estimated prices and proposal you will receive as soon as possible after our meeting. That will take no more than two or three days. The clients, who decide to hire us, must be ready to pay deposit of 50 % of the total amount of the project when contract is sing. The rest amount of 50% is due when the project is completed.​ Computer Sketches and sample boards are free of charge. The company doesn’t charge for sample boards unless they pass a certain criteria. They are included in the deposit price. If the client wants to see a sample in order to decide to give us the job or not, we will charge you a fee $50 per hour .If you sign with our company the fee will deducted from your final bill.​

The clients living out of Miami Dade County, Broward County and Palm Beach County areas have to pay $150 fee for appointments. Our work hours are between Mondays through Saturdays from 9am to 6 pm est. time.
